  1. The information on this website, including product descriptions, applications, typical properties, charts and city pages, is provided for general guidance only. It is not a specification, a warranty or professional advice.
  2. Physical and chemical values shown on the website are typical or approximate values. The binding values for any supply are those on the COA and SDS for that batch.
  3. We try to keep the website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, error-free or always available.
  4. You must not use the website in any unlawful way, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, introduce malicious code, or copy its content for commercial use without our written permission.
  5. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Enquiries and quotations

  1. Every enquiry should state the full chemical name, CAS number, grade or strength, quantity, packing and delivery location.
  2. Each quotation is valid for the period stated on it. Once that period ends, prices and availability must be reconfirmed before an order can be accepted.
  3. A quotation is an invitation to order, not an offer that binds us. We may withdraw or revise it at any time before we issue an order confirmation.
  4. Minimum order quantities depend on the product, grade and packing, and are stated on the quotation.
!
Abbreviations are not accepted as product names. TEA can mean triethylamine or triethanolamine, and DEA can mean diethylamine or diethanolamine. We supply against the full chemical name and CAS number in your order. We are not responsible for errors caused by ambiguous abbreviations in your order.

Orders and acceptance

  1. An order becomes binding only when we issue an order confirmation. Dispatch of products also counts as acceptance.
  2. We may decline any order, including where stock is unavailable, required documents are missing, credit limits are exceeded or supply would breach any law.
  3. Once confirmed, an order may be changed or cancelled only with our written agreement. You must pay any costs we have already incurred, including procurement, packing, testing and freight.
  4. We may deliver an order in instalments. Each instalment is a separate contract, and a problem with one instalment does not entitle you to cancel the rest.

Prices and taxes

  1. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise, and apply to the grade, quantity, packing and delivery terms shown on the quotation.
  2. Prices exclude GST and any other applicable taxes, duties and levies, which are charged extra at the prevailing rates. Invoices show the correct HSN code for each product.
  3. Freight, insurance, special packaging, testing beyond our standard COA, and handling charges are extra unless the quotation says they are included.
  4. If raw material prices, exchange rates, freight costs, taxes or duties change significantly between quotation and dispatch, we may revise the price after telling you. You may then cancel the unshipped part of the order without penalty.

Payment terms

  1. Payment is due as stated on the quotation or invoice. Unless agreed otherwise, new buyers pay in full before dispatch.
  2. Credit terms are offered at our discretion after a credit review and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
  3. Payments must be made by bank transfer to the account shown on our invoice. We will never ask you to pay into a different account by email alone. Please confirm any change of bank details with us by phone before paying.
  4. Overdue amounts may carry interest, as stated on our quotation or invoice, from the due date until payment, and you must reimburse reasonable recovery costs.
  5. If any amount is overdue, we may suspend or cancel further deliveries until it is paid in full.
  6. Ownership of products stays with us until we receive full payment, even though risk passes to you on delivery.

  2. Risk in the products passes to you when they are handed over at the delivery point, or to your nominated carrier if you arrange transport.
  3. You must provide safe access, suitable unloading equipment, trained staff and appropriate storage at the delivery point. Unloading is your responsibility unless agreed otherwise.
  4. If you fail to accept delivery on the agreed date, we may store the products at your risk and cost, and charge for storage and redelivery.

Changes and general terms

  1. We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page on the date of your order applies to that order, so please check this page before each new order.
  2. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest of these Terms continue to apply.
  3. If we do not enforce a right at any time, that does not waive our right to enforce it later.
  4. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under an order without our written consent.
  5. These Terms, together with our quotation and order confirmation, form the entire agreement for each supply.
